For specific projects, PHI uses a very flexible staffing and resource plan model allowing to "hit the
ground running" as soon as the partner request PHI's intervention as a sub-contractor.
The use of flexible organization depending on the project scale and timeline is one of the most used
technics by PHI Group.

Partners may engage PHI based on agreed scope, timeline and cost.
In some specific cases and based on partner's request, PHI may operate in Cost+ mode, allowing the
partner to ensure the management of its selected sub contractors by PHI in a very transparent way.
